Job description

Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Location : Raleigh / Durham, NC

About Us : LHH is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join a growing company. Offering a hands-on role with diverse equipment and ongoing skills development in a collaborative and safety-focused work culture. Must have 7+ years with manufacturing maintenance, and electrical.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  • Assist with installation and commissioning of new machines.
  • Maintain work order records and preventative maintenance schedules in CMMS.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment wear and potential failures.
  • Support manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Implement 5S in maintenance and work areas.

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficient with tools, diagnostic devices, and CMMS.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
  • Technical diploma or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred.
