RoboForce is an AI robotics company building Physical AI and Robo-Labor system for dull, dirty, and dangerous work. Our flagship robot, TITAN, is a super humanoid robot designed for industrial environments. We are based in Milpitas, CA and require 5 days / week in-office collaboration.

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and refine mechanical systems and components for cutting-edge robotic products. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create reliable and high-performance robotic solutions. This role offers an opportunity to push the boundaries of robotics technology while working on projects with real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for AI robots.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate designs.
• Create engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing.
• Work closely with vendors to design and develop various modules.
• Perform prototype fabrication, testing, and validation to meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
