Job descriptionWorks safely and follows all related policies and programs to assure a safe working environment. Reading blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematic and hydraulic drawings to determine work requirements Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyors according to layout plans using hand and power tools Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Adjust machinery and troubleshoot defective parts Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks and forklifts, to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance / preventative work on machinery Other job tasks and projects as assigned Monthly bonuses starting in the first full month of employment Two Retirement Plans : 401(k) and Pension Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental and vision insurance, company paid life insurance available with no waiting period Eligible for up to (2) weeks of vacation in first year Ten paid holidays and birthday holiday All necessary tools and PPE provided by company
Responsibilities
The qualified candidate is preferred but not required to have knowledge in the following areas :
- AC / DC wiring methods
- AC / DC drives / motors / VFD's & servo motors
- PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, B&R, Beckhoff)
- HMI
- Mechanical systems (bearing, alignment, chains, belts)
- Pneumatics and hydraulics
- Design and fabricating is a plus but not required
- Preventive & predictive maintenance on production machinery
- Mill and Lathe experience is a plus but not required
- Fanuc / Robot experience is a plus
- Experience using a CMMS system
- Conveyor systems

Qualifications
All candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have or be working towards a minimum of a 2-year associate degree.
