Maintenance Technician

Hours : Monday through Friday 6 : 00a-2 : 00p (occasional on-call hours)

Pay : $20-24 depending on experience

Location : Two Rivers

Job Summary :   We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in automation machinery and general equipment repair. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing machine issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting production as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in automation machinery.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines and building systems.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as lathes, mills, surface grinders, and TIG welders.
• Repair molding machines, stamping machines, and screw machines.
• Assist with production tasks when required.
• Maintain and manage machine parts inventory and component lists.
• Participate in machine repair and automation equipment training.
• Be available to answer repair-related questions after normal working hours as needed.
• Manage snow removal and salting for sidewalks and employee / office entrances during winter months.
