WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT :
Prepare federal and state corporate income tax workpapers.
Assist with the consolidation aspects of the Company`s federal income tax return.
Assist with the preparation and review of S Corporation and partnership tax returns.
Prepare quarterly taxable income calculations for purposes of making estimated tax deposits.
Review international tax packages prepared by the Company`s local country controllers.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting of key income tax metrics.
Assist with income tax audits.
Assist with the preparation of the company`s tax provision in accordance with ASC 740
Scenario planning and modeling to assist with business unit expansion or restructuring initiatives.
Research tax issues and draft memorandum.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
3-4 years of public accounting or large company in-house corporate tax experience
Ability to juggle concurrent projects and smoothly move from project to project with little advance notice.
Desire to work in a flexible team-based environment.
Willing to get involved in ad-hoc planning projects.
