Role Purpose
The Manager, Tax Operations (International Tax) will be responsible for managing the international tax compliance function, executing tax policy, and managing and executing processes around the preparation of tax forecasting, tax provisions, tax accounting, and tax footnotes reported in public filings (e.g., Form 10Q and 10K) to ensure accurate financial reporting as well as enabling and maintaining a strong internal control environment. In this role, this individual will provide technical guidance and instruction to the Tax Department for matters related to US international tax compliance and reporting, as well as guidance and instruction on the tax accounting processes, procedures and deliverables.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone to manage the company's complex US international income tax compliance. This individual will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Tax Operations (International Tax) to drive tax strategies that optimize Corning's international business strategies and support US federal, state, and local tax provision process. He / she will also partner with other finance leaders in our Analytical Services (FP&A) and our Technical Accounting (Controller's) groups to obtain the necessary data and to provide the tax analysis required to support Senior Management and GAAP and non-GAAP financial forecasting and reporting.
He / she will provide technical guidance and prepare US international calculations, including but not limited to GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, APB23 and FTCs.

The range for this position is $141,071.00 - $193,973.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
