Our client, a respected mid-sized firm in Newark, NJ, is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative, high-caliber environment and is interested in handling real estate, construction, and commercial disputes .

Key Details :

Experience : 2–5 years of litigation experience, with a strong interest in real estate, construction, and commercial disputes

Bar Admission : Must be admitted (or eligible) to the New Jersey Bar

Environment : Collegial, team-oriented firm with mentorship and strong case exposure

Billables : No billable hour requirement

Ideal Candidate :

Solid drafting, research, and courtroom experience

Strong interest in real estate, construction, and commercial litigation

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
