Role : Inventory Support Associate

Location : South San Francisco CA 94080

Duration : Contract

About the Role

Culture Biosciences is seeking a short-term Inventory Support Associates to assist with a physical inventory count during a high-production period leading up to year-end. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced biotech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform physical inventory audits of biotech manufacturing components including :

Bio-reactors and vessels used for internal operations and sales

Medical device components and related parts

Count weigh and record inventory items accurately

Validate inventory data and assist with adjustments

Provide a summary report of findings including discrepancies and final totals

Support audit and assurance processes to ensure compliance

Qualifications

Experience in inventory control audit or manufacturing environments

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Comfortable handling biotech or medical device components

Basic understanding of inventory systems and reporting

Nice to Have :

Prior experience in biotech or medical device manufacturing

Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and reporting
