About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing general dermatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider looking to join a stable, supportive, and collaborative environment.

Our practice focuses on medical dermatology and emphasizes patient-centered care, professional growth, and work-life balance.

Position Highlights

Schedule : 4 days per week, 8-hour clinical days

Patient Load : 15-minute appointments

No weekends or on-call requirements

Collaborative, physician-led medical practice

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary (based on experience)

Monthly bonus : 5% of base salary

401(k) with 5% employer match

CME allowance : $2,500 annually

Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)

Qualifications

Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Active or eligible Texas license

Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent bedside manner

Comfortable working independently with physician collaboration
