About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organizedCorporate Tax Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with state and local tax regulations, preparing and filing statutory and regulatory reports, and supporting the company's annual financial audit and tax return process. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sales tax, property tax, and annual filing requirements, and is experienced in tax research and reporting.

What you'll do

Sales and Use Tax Compliance

• Prepare, file, and remit monthly / quarterly / annual sales and use tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain sales tax exemption certificates and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor changes in sales tax laws and update internal systems accordingly.

State and Local Tax Registrations

Annual Filings and Support

1099 Reporting

Property Tax Compliance

Tax Research and Advisory
