Job description

A company is looking for an Interim Senior Manager, Lean In Girls Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key program partners and manage relationships

Drive planning and coordination for partner conferences and manage event logistics

Execute outreach campaigns and track engagement to drive program conversions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in partnership, program management, or account / relationship management

Proven track record of delivering against established targets

Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms

Flexible and proactive mindset with the ability to shift between execution and project support

Experience in fast-paced environments, with remote-first or startup experience preferred
