A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with labor laws.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and input daily attendance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with staffCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining proper documentation and leave balancesAssist in the administration and optimization of HRIS systems and support the HR team in improving operational processesRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in HR operations and staff data managementKnowledge of U.S. labor laws and company policiesExperience with HRIS systems, preferably BambooHRAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM EST
