ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY…

Spelling to Communicate (S2C) teaches individuals with motor challenges the purposeful motor skills necessary to point to letters to spell as an alternative means of communication. Skilled and rigorously trained communication regulation partners teach purposeful motor skills centered around engaging cognitive lessons.

Once students have achieved the motor skills for autonomous communication, the focus expands to develop whole-body purposeful movement for daily living and achieving personal goals. Communication and motor control lead to improved access, quality of life, and opportunity.

Hours for this position are flexible and compensation is commensurate with experience. New team members will work side by side with seasoned professionals and be provided training in innovative education approaches!

POSITION TITLE : S2C Practitioner

REPORTS TO : Clinic Lead

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS : The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete on-the-job training within 120 days of hire and pass the S2C certification course.
