Billing Representative

A company is looking for a Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Manage medical and ancillary product premium billing and ensure invoice accuracy

Interact with customers to gather support data and resolve billing discrepancies

Prepare invoices and reconcile billing with accounts receivables while monitoring outstanding balances

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience in healthcare cash posting, including posting payments and adjustments to patient accounts

Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during normal business hours of 6 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm CST, with potential for occasional overtime
