Job Duties

• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies that facilitate their journey toward functional independence.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Deploy evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families : Educate patients and their families about therapy practices to encourage continual progress at home.
• Track Patient Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain focused on their goals.
