Senior Director of Program Management

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Program Management to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of workstreams, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources for successful program delivery

Lead cross-functional execution to drive alignment and establish best practices and performance metrics

Mentor and lead team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business, product, or technology-enabled transformation programs

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant technical / engineering degree preferred

Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with business and technology stakeholders

Strong understanding of operational processes, technology solutions, and solution architecture

Experience with vendor selection, RFPs, and technology implementation is a plus
