Job description

Introduction

As a Technical Project Lead at ASML, you'll help shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing. You'll lead strategic improvement projects that directly impact our factories in San Diego and Korea, driving innovation in quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Your work will support ASML's mission to unlock the potential of advanced lithography systems and enable groundbreaking technology for our global customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Lead , you'll manage cross-functional projects that improve manufacturing operations outside of our product development process. You'll work with teams across departments to deliver results that support ASML's long-term strategy.

  • Translate strategic goals into executable project plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication across departments.
  • Identify risks early and develop alternative solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Facilitate governance meetings to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Manage dependencies between workstreams and ensure smooth execution.
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence across sites.

Educational and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, or a master's degree with minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience managing technical projects in manufacturing or capital equipment industries.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience working across departments and geographies.
  • Fluency in English.

  • The current base annual salary range for this role is currently :

    $133,500-222,500

    Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

    The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
