A company is looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex application and environment issues

Monitor alerts, batch jobs, data loads, and integrations

Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and development teams to resolve incidents

Required Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Administration, Apex & Visualforce, SOQL & SOSL

Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud

Ability to assist with configuration and operational deployment

Experience in validating and testing configurations against business requirements

Proven ability to document scheduled production processes
