Responsibilities

  • Lead and align Operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region to instill company culture within the operations organization.
  • Measure performance via budget, profitability, customer satisfaction, morale, and leadership effectiveness; regular feedback from the Operations Manager, BU Manager and COO.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, budget performance, gross margins, and achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate Foremen and Lead Technicians against the established model; assess field morale; conduct CFRs with assigned personnel.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

  • Ensure consistency in delivery among Foremen and conformance to Vision Technologies quality standards.
  • Manage manpower effectively and project management tooling usage.
  • Develop strong customer relations skills in Foremen; budget knowledge and controls; handle change orders.
  • Promote strategic thinking; ensure proper paperwork; establish field engineering guidelines; promote project ownership.
  • Provide project status reports to management; supervise and motivate personnel; evaluate Foremen and lead technicians with regular feedback.
  • Ensure ITS Operations Department meets company goals and objectives.

    • Education and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • BICSI and industry certifications preferred; knowledge of fiber terms and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle; background and driver's license checks required.

    10+ years of experience.

    Certifications

    Preferred : BICSI Technician, industry manufacturer certifications, OSHA-30 safety certification, HILTI powder actuated tools, Confined Space.
