Operations Supervisor - Mid-Atlantic Region

Responsibilities

• Lead and align Operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region to instill company culture within the operations organization.
• Measure performance via budget, profitability, customer satisfaction, morale, and leadership effectiveness; regular feedback from the Operations Manager, BU Manager and COO.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, budget performance, gross margins, and achievement of goals and objectives.
• Evaluate Foremen and Lead Technicians against the established model; assess field morale; conduct CFRs with assigned personnel.

10+ years of experience.

Certifications

Preferred : BICSI Technician, industry manufacturer certifications, OSHA-30 safety certification, HILTI powder actuated tools, Confined Space.
