Commercial Roof Director of Installation

Just this week over here at GPAC we partnered up with a very reputable client who is looking to bring on a Commercial Roofing Installation Manager to their team. They are experiencing their Regional Director of Installation retiring in the coming months and want to bring on a successor to the role. This position is one that is paired with great growth potential as well as above market compensation. Not too mention that the company has been a staple of their industry and is known for doing impressive and complete work.

Commercial Roof Director of Installation Duties :

Will be in charge of overseeing all Project Managers
Is also responsible for running the production team
Must be able to fully explain and understand all commercial roof systems (TPO, EPDM, BUR, Mid-Bit, etc.)
Internal processes such as invoice oversight and training of new PM's

Commercial Roof Director of Installation Experience Required :

4+ years of Commercial Roof Management experience

Must have experience with having direct reports

Must have experience communicating effective negotiation skills with important clientele

Must be tech-savvy and preferably able to complete bids and takeoffs yourself so you can effectively oversee projects
