Jr Personal Injury Attorney

Stability Technology is looking for a Jr Personal Injury attorney for our client in Costa Mesa, CA. This position is contract to perm.

This is a plaintiffs Personal Injury Litigation Attorney role in Costa Mesa, CA.

Associate Attorney for its Costa Mesa, CA office. At this time, the position is contemplated to be

full-time in-person with potentially some hybrid days. Candidates are expected to possess at

least 1 year of Personal Injury Litigation experience, including, but not limited to, engaging in

Client intake of new cases, preparation of settlement demand letters, preparation of court

complaints and arbitration demands, drafting and responding to written discovery, taking and

defending depositions, drafting and responding to legal motions, appearing at court hearings,

drafting mediation briefs and attending mediations, engaging in settlement negotiations, and

engaging in Trial and all trial-related work (taking / defending depositions and trial work is a plus.
