Must be flexible in approach, an innovative and strategic thinker, and be comfortable working in a complex and challenging environment. In addition, have extensive clinical knowledge of, experience with, and interest in a variety of psychological disorders, diagnostic assessment, and clinical supervision of clinicians in order to enhance the quality of clinical care offered in these services. Must demonstrate a deep understanding of how diverse and intersecting identities influence mental health and shape the effective delivery of equitable, person-centered services.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for directly managing and mentoring all junior staff within Community Programs, fostering professional growth, accountability, and a culture of excellence in clinical practice.
  • Provide strategic oversight for all clinical service operations within the Community Programs portfolio, ensuring services are high-quality, evidence-informed, and responsive to diverse community needs.
  • Must have significant knowledge of and experience supervising the operations of mental health service delivery, including billable services, telehealth modalities, and government-contracted and philanthropically funded programs.
  • Develop and implement strategy to strengthen Vibrant's infrastructure for revenue-generating and reimbursable services, driving innovation in mental health service delivery and expanding the organization's clinical reach.
  • Lead cross-cutting efforts to integrate clinical service delivery throughout the broader Community Programs portfolio, ensuring that therapeutic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches are embedded across all initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Clinical staff to define, monitor, and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that maintain high utilization, regulatory compliance, and consistent quality performance across programs.
  • Identify organizational and programmatic vulnerabilities, design practical solutions, and lead implementation to minimize risk and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Rigorously maintain service quality by applying data analysis, outcome tracking, and intervention monitoring to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Expand grant applications and partnership opportunities by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure new funding streams and build sustainable relationships with donors, funders, and community partners.
  • Lead decision-making processes requiring in-depth analysis, consultation, and consensus-building with senior management, ensuring recommendations are aligned with Vibrant's mission, strategy, and compliance standards.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in behavioral health, integrating innovative approaches and evidence-based practices into service models to increase access and impact.
  • Support Vibrant's organizational culture through integrity, transparency, and the consistent demonstration of Vibrant's core values in all leadership actions.

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Effective Communication : Communicates complex clinical and operational information clearly and persuasively across audiences, building trust through transparency and empathy.
  • Grant & Funding Knowledge : Experienced in developing and managing funding proposals for federal, state, and municipal grants supporting mental health and community services.
  • Mission Alignment : Deep commitment to Vibrant Emotional Health's mission, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and a forward-thinking approach to leadership.
  • Required Qualifications
