Field Service Technician Local or Rotational Schedules in Mentone, TX

Location : Mentone TX area Local (home daily) or 14x14 rotational schedule (travel to field sites across the Permian Basin)

Were looking for skilled and experienced Field Service Technicians to join our team in Mentone TX supporting operations across the Permian Basin. Were hiring across multiple levels (I II and III) depending on experience and skill.

We have two types of opportunities :

• Rotator positions (14x14) : Work two weeks on two weeks off traveling to field sites across the region. Travel and lodging are provided during your rotation.
• Local positions : Work at least 40 hours per week at our Mentone area sites and return home daily.

In this role you will perform maintenance repairs and troubleshooting on natural gas compression equipment. You will collaborate with manufacturing and field service teams to ensure equipment reliability optimize performance and address mechanical and electrical issues during installations maintenance cycles and repairs. Physical Demands :

This position requires the ability to lift carry and maneuver heavy equipment and tools sometimes weighing 50 pounds or more. As a Field Service Technician you will frequently stand walk bend kneel or crouch for extended periods and may need to climb ladders scaffolding or stairs occasionally working at heights. The role involves performing tasks that require manual dexterity and precision operating machinery and working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments including extreme temperatures and weather conditions. Field Service Technicians may also be required to work in confined or awkward spaces and must be able to travel regularly within their assigned region to customer sites.
