About the Role :
As a real estate agent at Idaho Life, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with their dream homes. You will be responsible for :

Responsibilities
Showing homes to qualified clientsBe on the phone for 2-3 hours per dayMake and send videosBe available nights and weekends for client appointments and showingsIdentify homes that meet the criteria as specified by need analysisWrite and negotiate with clients to contract offersConvert appointments to contractsConsult with clients to ensure the highest level of service in the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to closeDevelop expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trendsMake sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budgetPrepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful closeParticipate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyersProvide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing marketServe as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfactionQualifications
Valid or near having an Idaho Real Estate LicenseOutgoing and friendlyBasic knowledge of computers and ability to learn systems and database managementBasic to Intermediate knowledge of Gmail and Google DocsReal estate-associated software programs or an advanced ability to learn such itemsAble to work a minimum of 40 hours / week and more if needed (part-time to full-time transition available case by case)Must maintain a reliable, professional vehicle and means of transportation at all timesSales, customer service, or a background in working with the public is preferredHungry for information, trainingBe coachableCandidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferredPossess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by carExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAt least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
