State Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to manage a legal team providing services to various divisions in the North America Region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a legal team providing direct legal services to business units in the North America Region

Ensure legal staff are engaged, trained, and equipped to meet organizational needs

Provide guidance on complex legal matters and serve as lead project attorney for major real estate projects

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate or equivalent and license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

10 years of relevant legal experience

Experience negotiating complex transactions, including real estate

Experience managing attorneys or coordinating work of other professionals

In-house or law firm experience advising senior management
