Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Salary : $55k-$75k

We are a vibrant, busy, and growing full-service law firm looking to add a paralegal to assist and support our Commercial Litigation Department. The ideal candidates will have at least 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :

• Gathering, organizing, summarizing, and indexing documents / chronologies for cases that are fact / document heavy.
• Drafting correspondence, routine pleadings & motions, disclosure requests, and responses according to judicial procedures and other related documents.
• Preparing and maintaining documents and bundles to be used at headings and proceedings (hard copies and pdfs)
• Liaise directly with clients and third parties, especially in regard to document collection and management
• File management update shared drives and hard copy folders with key documents.
• Scheduling depositions.
• Taking phone calls / accurate messages for multiple attorneys as well as handling calendars. Paralegal
