Job Overview

Position Type : Full-time, benefited, exempt, at-will position.

Salary : DOE

Schedule : Mixed office hours with hands-on training in the field to achieve goal-oriented results.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assign leads to design consultants and ensure appointments are followed up on.
• Review design consultants' schedules monthly and ensure minimum capacity requirements are met.
• Hire new design consultants as needed and train them on sales skills, product knowledge, and company policies and practices.
• Provide daily coaching and feedback to design consultants and help them reach their personal and company goals.
• Conduct ride alongs with design consultants and offer encouragement and improvement suggestions.
• Work with other department heads and employees to improve the customer life cycle and resolve any issues or escalations.
• Set and update the pricing of products and services in coordination with affiliate ownership.
• Maintain adequate inventory of window and door sample kits for the sales team.
• Train sales team to improve and maintain positive HOS scores. Target scores of Buyer 85 or above, Not yet Buyer 70 or above.
• All other duties as assigned.
