Are you a BCBA ready to make your mark and build something meaningful from the ground up? Majestic Care ABA is looking for a Founding Clinical Leader to help launch and grow our North Carolina services.

Location : Hybrid (in-home / community within ~30 miles + remote days)

Job Type : Full-time

Your Role (First 612 Months) :

• ????Build the clinical foundation
• ????Deliver high-quality therapy : conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide family guidance
• ????Manage a small caseload of 810 clients
• ????Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of RBTs

Growth Path :

Infancy Stage (020 clients) : Founding Clinician Lead direct care while helping establish clinical systems

Expansion Stage (2040 clients) : Regional Manager Take on supervision and strengthen operational systems

Growing Phase (40+ clients) : Regional Director Oversee clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and lead state-level initiatives
