We’re seeking a motivated Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will manage simple records and enter information accurately, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, and follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time. Additional duties include respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, learn company products and services to better assist others, coordinate with other departments when needed, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, as well as help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, work with supervisors to meet daily goals. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
