As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within financial institutions, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents and offer support to those on site. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff and visitors at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues relevant to financial institution environments. Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual circumstances, or maintenance concerns observed during patrols. Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials of individuals entering the location. Support management and law enforcement personnel as needed during incidents or investigations, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Minimum Requirements : Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possession of a valid guard card or security professional license is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
