Back of House Team Member Acupuncture

About the Role :

Responsibilities :

Assist licensed acupuncturists in preparing treatment areas and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.

Manage inventory of acupuncture supplies, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.

Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients by providing exceptional customer service.

Support the scheduling and administrative tasks to optimize clinic operations.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic.

Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and improve service delivery.

Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.

Engage in ongoing education about acupuncture and holistic health practices.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of acupuncture practices and holistic health is a plus.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
