Director of Financial Planning

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the company-wide planning cycle and align finance with business leaders on goals and investments

Develop financial plans with cross-functional leaders and drive key financial initiatives

Oversee board and investor reporting while continuously improving FP&A systems and workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred

8+ years of progressive FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS or venture-backed tech environments

Proven ability to lead financial planning processes and build executive-level financial models

Experience supporting fundraising, board reporting, or M&A is a strong plus

Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business models
