Software Testing Lead

A company is looking for a Testing Lead- Jira Zephyr.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Zephyr for Jira to support project testing requirements and align with QA processes

Partner with project teams to import and organize test cases using established templates

Establish and document best practices for test governance, including test flow management

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Test Lead managing test activities in Jira Zephyr with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience

Strong understanding of test management frameworks, QA lifecycle, and reporting best practices

Experience supporting manual and automated testing teams in an Agile or hybrid development environment

Basic history of PM understanding with PM delivery and execution

Ability to work within fast deadlines and changing needs
