Ideal Candidate Profile :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with outstanding academic achievements (Top 20% of class preferred).
Active North Carolina Bar Admission.
4-6 years of in-depth experience in investment management and fund formation.
Specialization in private equity, hedge funds, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and alternative investment strategies is highly valued.
Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent a diverse array of funds, including private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, and other alternative strategy funds.

Assist with matters involving retail alternative funds such as BDCs, interval funds, and closed-end funds.

Collaborate within a dynamic, interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality legal solutions.

Play a crucial role in the firm's growing investment funds practice by engaging directly with clients and supporting business development efforts.
