Job description

Physical Therapist (PT) Job

Bonus : Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Type : Full-time, PRN, Weekends

Schedule : Flexible Schedule

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of physical therapy principles, methods, and safety precautions
  • Ability to interpret physician instructions and develop treatment programs
  • Emotional stability and professionalism in patient care
  • Knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement preferred
  • Experience with Net Health a plus

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to improve patient strength, mobility, and function.
  • Evaluate patient needs and create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with medical teams.
  • Use advanced therapy equipment and techniques to support recovery.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with therapy standards.
  • Foster a compassionate, goal-oriented environment for patient success.
