Physical Therapist (PT) Job

Bonus : Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Type : Full-time, PRN, Weekends

Schedule : Flexible Schedule

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Thorough understanding of physical therapy principles, methods, and safety precautions

Ability to interpret physician instructions and develop treatment programs

Emotional stability and professionalism in patient care

Knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement preferred

Experience with Net Health a plus

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to improve patient strength, mobility, and function.

Evaluate patient needs and create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with medical teams.

Use advanced therapy equipment and techniques to support recovery.

Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with therapy standards.
