Applicants must meet education and experience requirements. Experience includes paid, unpaid, volunteer, and service programs. Resume must clearly describe relevant experience; transcripts are required if qualifying by education.

Basic Requirement for Clinical Psychologist (Behavioral Health Consultant) :

Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in clinical psychology.

Specialized Experience : One year of experience conducting behavioral health assessments, providing individual and group treatment, and working in a multidisciplinary team, typical of the GS-12 level.

Note : Education cannot substitute experience for this position.
