About the Position

The company is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as the financial architect of its future. As a key member of the executive leadership team , the CFO will be instrumental in shaping financial strategy, driving operational efficiency, and enabling bold growth initiatives across an expanding network of offices and markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth in both established and emerging markets.
• Guide capital planning and investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver clear financial insight to the executive team to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
• Oversee risk management, internal controls, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing financial analysis that drives performance.
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Evaluate and implement systems, processes, and technologies that enhance financial visibility and scalability.
• Represent the company in key relationships with banks, auditors, insurance providers, and other external stakeholders.
