What You Will Be Doing :

Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed.

Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep / attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.

Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace.

Position Requirements :

• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted).
• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
• M ust have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
