Hospitalist

Hospitalist physician employment in North Dakota : We are looking for an adaptable and collaborative hospitalist who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to providing top-quality patient care. You will be joining a strong, collegial group of 20 full-time hospitalists and advanced practice providers at a 140-bed hospital with a closed ICU. This position offers the support of 24 / 7 intensivists and specialists, allowing you to focus on what matters most delivering exceptional care to your patients.

As a daytime hospitalist, you'll enjoy a consistent 7-on / 7-off schedule with flexible shift options. The average patient load is manageable, typically between 14 and 17 patients per day, and no procedures are required. Our team culture is highly supportive and collegial, with mentorship opportunities available for those newer to hospital-based medicine.

Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in internal medicine, or in family medicine with a strong interest in hospital medicine. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a true appreciation for teamwork. Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary of $337,000, with additional earning potential through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
