Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL , is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Gastroenterology team! Position Details

• Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group
• Full time Dayshift and Flexible Schedules : Option for 12-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts
• No Call Requirements enjoy your personal time without after-hours interruptions
• Multi-Site Role : Work between our Joliet location and Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago
• Provide comprehensive GI care alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff
• Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manage inpatient consults and outpatient follow-up visits.
• Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education.
• State-of-the-Art Facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilities
