We’re seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead daily operations in a busy equipment service department. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, mechanical knowledge, and passion for delivering excellent customer service. We have positions available in the Pearland and Katy area.

65Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department.
• Supervise, train, and support service technicians and staff.
• Schedule and prioritize service work efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and service updates.
• Maintain accurate service records, warranties, and parts documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales and parts departments to improve overall customer experience.
• Diagnose and assist with technical issues when needed.
