Job description

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Legal Search Solutions has partnered with a well-established personal injury law firm, located in Central Broward County, that is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office role, supporting a busy litigation practice.

Requirements

Bilingual (English / Spanish) – required
Minimum 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case flow
TrialWorks experience is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

Draft and prepare letters, legal documents, pleadings, and discovery

Assist with trial preparation , including organizing exhibits and case files

Maintain and manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and reminders

Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

Maintain and update client files from case intake through case closing

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
