Ideal Candidate:
-- Prior experience in a medical office
-- Experience with high volume calls.
-- Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills and computer skills.
-- Excellent verbal and written communication.
-- Bilingual
-- General knowledge of medical insurance and terminology
Duties to include, but not limited to :
- Answer incoming calls
- Schedule appointments
- Convey patient financial information
- Greet patients & visitors
- Scan & upload chart documents
- Collect patient financial responsibly from patients prior to their exams.
