About the Job

Position Overview :

Sanctuary Functional Medicine is hiring a Patient Support Administrator for our Direct Primary Care office beginning December 2025. This position is responsible for front desk operations, patient communication, and general administrative support. The role requires consistent professionalism, reliability, and the ability to assist patients in a calm and organized manner.

The ideal candidate will have a background in a medical or clinical setting , with experience interacting with patients, understanding basic medical terminology, and supporting clinical staff.

Job Responsibilities :

• Greet patients and visitors; collect necessary information and notify team members of arrivals.
• Answer, route, and document phone calls as needed.
• Forward new patient inquiries and leads to the Patient Enrollment team.
• Accurately take messages and maintain a log of calls requiring follow-up.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly reception area.
• Manage in-office supplement sales and coordinate shipping for supplements or kits.
• Assist clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, scheduling).
