In this role, you will

Lead geotechnical projects from concept through completion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to practice growth
Perform soil mechanics, foundation design, and site investigations
Solve complex design challenges with practical, real-world solutions

Requirements

Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering (required)

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (required)

7–10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering

Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, and site investigations

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
