Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, collaborate with top-tier professionals, and advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment. You will take projects from concept to completion, mentor junior engineers, and work with cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will

  • Lead geotechnical projects from concept through completion
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to practice growth
  • Perform soil mechanics, foundation design, and site investigations
  • Solve complex design challenges with practical, real-world solutions

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering (required)
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (required)
  • 7–10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering
  • Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, and site investigations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
