We're Hiring – Business Development Director | Financial IT Services for a Client of KCES
Are you a true hunter with a passion for driving new business in the Financial Services sector ? We're looking for a Business Development Director who can open doors, build C-suite relationships, and deliver strong revenue growth in IT services.

What You'll Do
- Generate new logos in banking, capital markets, and insurance.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and execute with precision.
- Collaborate with practice / delivery teams to craft winning solutions.
- Consistently exceed quotas and deliver multi-million-dollar wins.
