Are you detail-oriented and looking to grow your career in billing and healthcare operations? We're seeking a Billing Specialist . This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate claim submissions, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting patients with account inquiries.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :

• Process and submit electronic and paper claims accurately and on time
• Review claims for proper coding, documentation, and compliance with payer requirements
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims to secure reimbursement
• Generate patient statements and respond to billing inquiries
• Work with insurance carriers, providers, and patients to resolve billing issues
• Assist with account reconciliations and reporting
• Support additional administrative and patient access functions as needed
